At EiraMer, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased on our website, including Denim Shorts, Jeans & Pants, and T-Shirts & Tops.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number).
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as "Non-Returnable."
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization & Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Processing time typically begins within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.
- The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
