Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days.

Please note these are estimated transit times and do not include order processing. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. EiraMer has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
